Yulia Valeryanova has been fond of drawing and design since childhood, so it is not surprising that even in her student years she worked as an assistant designer and participated in international competitions, and then graduated in her native St. Petersburg with a master's degree in fashion design. After that, the artist tried herself in various fields, from organising events to her own printing studio, eventually settling on interior design - Yulia believes that space should be taken on a large scale and it is imperative to invest an emotional component in each project.
The artist herself says that for her “art is an opportunity to express your love in colour and form”. Perhaps that's why her style is a mixture of both: amazing floral designs, referring to the style of Botanical Art, and a rich color palette. Combining vector graphics and handicraft, Yulia adds acrylic paints, aerosols and sheet metal to this creative symbiosis, giving depth and volume to the machine-made wooden parts.
