Gift Certificate Terms of Use
These Gift Certificate Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) define the procedure for payment, receipt, transfer, and use of the Gift Certificate.
1. A Gift Certificate is a document certifying an advance payment of a monetary amount equal to the certificate's face value for the purchase of goods sold by the Seller, Amarant LLC, INN 7806085073 / KPP 780601001 / OGRN 1157847028459, registered address: 195298 St. Petersburg, Osipenko Street, Building 5, Bldg. 1, Apt. 423.
1.1. A Gift Certificate is a plastic card or electronic file containing an individual number and the specified face value.
2. If a Gift Certificate is lost or damaged in a way that prevents identification by its unique number, it will not be replaced, and the money paid for it will not be refunded.
3. A Gift Certificate is not a product or service and cannot be replaced if lost by the Buyer for any reason.
4. A Gift Certificate is not personalized and may be transferred by the Buyer to a third party for any reason.
5. Gift Certificates are purchased for a cashless payment equal to the face value of the Gift Certificate by placing an order on the Seller's website.
5.1. The face value of each Gift Certificate is equivalent to 1 (one) Russian ruble.
6. Discounts, special prices, and promotions do not apply to the purchase of Gift Certificates.
7. Gift Certificates may be redeemed on the Seller's website at https://freelabel.me, https://kiosk.delonatelo.com, or https://delonatelo.com, regardless of the identity of the presenter or the reason for receiving the Gift Certificate, provided that the Gift Certificate is presented by an adult with legal capacity.
7.1. The face value of the Gift Certificate may be used to purchase the Seller's products in one lump sum or by installment.
7.2. If the total cost of the products selected by the Buyer exceeds the face value (residual face value) of the Gift Certificate, the Buyer is obligated to pay the difference in accordance with the terms of the Offer posted on the Seller's website.
7.3. If the total cost of the products selected by the Buyer is less than the face value (residual face value) of the Gift Certificate, the difference is credited to the Gift Certificate account and can be used later.
7.4. When the Buyer purchases goods using a Gift Certificate, the Gift Certificate's face value or the corresponding portion thereof is considered used (redeemed), is applied toward the purchase price, and cannot be reused.
8. Multiple Gift Certificates cannot be combined for use in a single payment for goods in a single order by the Buyer.
9. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without the Buyer's consent, while remaining liable to the Buyer for the receipt of funds equal to the face value of the Gift Certificate.
10. By purchasing a Gift Certificate, the Buyer grants the Seller the right to receive, collect, store, process, transfer, and otherwise use the Buyer's personal data necessary for the Seller to fulfill its obligations under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.
10.1. The Seller maintains records of purchased, valid, and presented Gift Certificates.
11. The Seller is not liable for the unauthorized use of the Gift Certificate, as it is issued to the bearer and does not require identification.
12. Interest on the face value of the Gift Certificate or any portion thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not accrued or paid by the Seller.
13. The purchase of a Gift Certificate by the Buyer does not constitute commercial lending, as provided for in Article 823 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
