QUESTIONS

1 - How long does it take to process my order? Usually, the order is processed within 24 hours. The goods will be delivered within 10 days depending on your location.

2 - Do you deliver to other countries? We can deliver to any country with a CDEK office.

3 - I would like to order a gift, can I use a different address for delivery and payment? When placing an order, you can provide us with two addresses – one for the invoice and the other for delivery. You can enter a new shipping address, we will send the order to that address. If you save this address in the "personal account" section, you can use it in the future.

4 - Are the brands you sell authentic? Our print studio THINK PRINT in Saint-Petersburg is responsible for the design and decoration of these products under our Freelabel brand. Our base product is authentic and carries the original trademarks. All products we sell from our company Delonatelo.

6 - Can I also receive my order in recyclable or already recycled packaging? All of our items are shipped in recycled or recyclable packaging where possible. Our packets, cards and flyers are also made from recycled materials, undyed craft, or recyclable plastics. We are very glad you also agree to make our world a little better!
